And opens up a whole can of worms down the road. Who needs an official opposition anymore when Judges can best decide for us? In fact, why not do away with MP's altogether? And elections. Utterly pointless really. Perhaps make them all just advisory from now on? Let 11 people from privilaged backgrounds decide what is the best for us all. Or lets just have Graduates voting. Or people who own property worth more than say a million quid? Or at least have their votes worth a litte bit more than everybody elses. And certainly not a referendum where votes are simply put into two piles with the largest one being deemed the winner. That is just plain daft and, when you think about it logically, not democracy at all. Pure populism. In fact, the losing side should now actually be the winners. Because the winners did not know what they were voting for. Thick f***ers that they are.

She has the power to approve it or turn it down. The fact that the Queen has decided to be window dressing is not law. Her father....who she is meant to admire.....involved himself far more. The courts have embarrassed her and she should re-assert herself. The only person (or people) who have embarrassed her is Boris and his advisors.

But, and someone who does work in a similar field, every piece of legal advice ever is qualified with the risks. BJ chose ultimately to act upon it.

I rather think it's worth remembering what the president of the supreme court said before kick off - that there were serious and difficult question as evidenced "by the fact that three senior judges in Scotland have reached a different conclusion to three senior judges in England and Wales”.

I still find another irony about Brexit being that arch-Brexiteers wanted to have British matters wanting to be solved by British laws in British courts. When it doesn’t go their way suddenly the system doesn’t work. This is quite literally what you voted for. If you don’t think British judges are impartial and acting to uphold the law to the best of their ability does this mean every judgment from the Supreme Court is suddenly null and void?
