There is no change here it is a lose situation.

EMA protects public and animal health in 28 EU Member States, as well as the countries of the European Economic Area, by ensuring that all medicines available on the EU market are safe, effective and of high quality.

EMA serves a market of over 500 million people living in the EU.

What possible benefit can it be to give this away to the Dutch.

Brexit is all about losing.

The Tories rewriting laws that have protected the populous.

Na. I think it's all politics. Just any old opportunity to attack the government, in this case, for things they haven't even done.

A bit like a faulty Left wing Minority Report.

I do know how to use the Internet. Surely it is down to the person making an assertation to be the one to provide the evidence.
What is it even called?

I'm not making an assertation, you were.

If you weren't then this statement you made:
"Notwithstanding the fact that we have to fund our own medicines agency now rather than sharing the cost of it with partners." would require a question mark at the end.

Brexit was all about remainers losing.

That's all it was about.....we won't know if Brexit was a success or failure until another five to ten years after leaving......so at least another seven years away....nine if they do a transitional.

Apprehension rather than fear.

I quite liked the fact that the most bloodthirsty continent had been getting on dandy these last 70 years without fear of war between those that are members of the EU.

Then there is the £6 we get back for every £1 we pay into the coffers via cheaper goods, etc.

And environmentally the UK is so much better than it was back in the 60's and 70's due to EU directives.

And also let's face it - it's the UK citizens at the bottom that will be hit hardest financially once foodstuff costs go up amongst other increases that will surely follow.

Loss of tax revenue if recession hits. That will affect public spending.

Then there is the EU getting it sh1t together and waving back at us as we are struggling to stay afloat.

The negatives far outweigh the positives.

Is someone else funding our own medicines agency then?
Who are the UK medicines agency we already have that you refer to?

I think that's way too soon now tbh. The shock will be too strong if there is no transitional and even if there is still too soon. More a generational wait.

Good news is that if it has all gone t1ts up (likely) in ten years then plenty of Leave voters would have popped their clogs by then and we can grovel to be let back in with a strong majority in favour this time.

Thats allnguess work Kermit, well most of it is,and I think the UN has a lot to do with the peace.
You really think that the EU is going to last...its leader Germany is struggling to form a government at the moment.
The Mediterranean countries will continue to struggle, because the bigger countries are subsidising them.how long can tbey keep doing that without our money(are we not the second biggest contributor).
And as I have said before the countries will still sell to us,but if we can barter because we dont just have to deal with them.
What is it 11 million German car workers depend on us for thier cars.

always a Norwood boy, where ever I live.

We fund it ourselves.

Do some research. It might be of future benefit to work out how to do it yourself, rather than copying and pasting everything you see and subsequently posting about it without knowing much, if anything, about it.

Every other time you're provided with something that succinctly disproves your posting or pasting, you simply leave the thread for a while and bury your head.

The EU is the biggest trader on the global scene. It's not exactly a failure then, is it? Keep burying that head of yours.
