Starmer ‘making it up as he goes along’ shocker.

He and Labour have no clue about Brexit.

Meanwhile David Davis is going round saying what Treez sorted last week isn't binding. Farage is spitting feathers about it all and things aren't going to change much except we lose our power of veto.

Taking back control? My arse.

Yep and now the estimated cash bill will be over €100 billion within a few years and that's not including the €billions of lost business from companies who are moving to the Eurozone from the UK.

People saying Labour are rubbish just to deflect from the fact that the Government aren't very good really.
Private Eye sums up the past few months accurately here.

From what I have read, I didn’t see Marr, was that Davis said that the agreement with the EU made last week was a commitment and not legally enforceable, which appears correct.

Farage is positioning himself. The master will return.

The ‘veto’ we are losing is during the transition period, which is fair enough. We cannot expect to have a veto during a period when we are exiting the EU.

Still a lot to do but exit is coming closer.

Where do you get your figures from?

A link from a reputable, independent source will suffice.

Whereas a Corbyn 'government' would pay whatever the EU demands, allow totally uncontrolled immigration, bow down to any rules and regulations the EU cares to impose upon us, allow European courts to have jurisdiction over us, continue to participate in the price-rigging capitalist cartel that is the EU, continue to connive in the impoverishment of African farmers while making French farmer ever richer.
Your arse indeed.

Oh dear. I think you've just described what we are heading towards anyway.

Labour makes up their policy on Europe, and just about everything else, as they go along.
Everything they say is about politics and nothing to do with what serves the country.

Absolute rubbish they have several plans at several levels:

1 because the Tories are f***ing it up on their own.
2 Corbyn wants the same as Gove and the Buffoon.
3 when over thrown Labour will be be Remain and have the opportunity to over turn at the ballot box as per Gove.

I do note that the Poles are having a hard time with the EU.

So good news you can keep your fruit pickers and plumbers, but not have an economic treaty with Germany
and lose our finance industry to France of all countries!!

tbf The Tories are the same and have done pretty much fvck all for the overall good of the country in all their various times in power since 1979. Housing, health and education all suffer when they hold the reins. It's a constant.

Pity wealth was not distributed a bit more evenly over the last four decades in a socially responsible way for future generations rather than just helping the filthy rich to become even filthier richer.

Someone who could afford to buy a house in Chiswick, for example in 1987, would already have been pretty well off but the market forces created by Mrs T's Housing Act now means that that person today is up £1.5-£2mill for a three-bedroom abode. That's an average of £5k a month rise in value over thirty years.
