Anyone been through the process of buying tickets on line ? What happens after you submit your number and surname ? Do you get to choose your block or are you allocated random seats ? Any heads up would be great.
I'm so Palace I don't even know it |

Glad I waited until the "no points required" phase. Can travel with my mate and nephew now and happy with my seats Row 8, 505.

I bought a membership for my wife 21 March 2016 at 15:40:48 (before the 5pm cut off) and the membership number isn't recognised on the Seetickets site anyone else got this problem? Andy

Andy Yes indeed it is telling me the same thing about a friend's account who definitely bought a membership before the required date! I'm completely stuck now as he is at work and won't have his phone on him. Just putting my own details works fine, but can't go without him!

Andy Mine did that and I have had the same ref number for years. It could be to do with the way your surname is spelt. Mines O'Neill but had to be done as Oneill
