IF we get to the final, does anyone know what the criteria will be to qualify for a final ticket? Well, this is just a guess mind, we have in place a loyalty points system that drives all of the ticket sales. Not beyond the bounds of possibility we may just use that. We didn't have that in place last time we were in the semis. What I don't know is whether you get points added for having gone to the Semi seeing as the bookings for it aren't in the Palace system. The Arsenal ticket points are on my account now but don't see any relating to the semi yet. The points regime is: 20 points for Arsenal, Manchester United, Spurs, West Ham, Chelsea, Liverpool, Bournemouth and Southampton. 40 points for all other fixtures. I actually don't think that is possible. The only way would have been to use the phase 1 reference and the phase 4 reference together in the phase 4 application.

Anyone got any idea how many tickets we've got left..? I've taken the chance of paying £25.00 for a membership a few moments ago although knowing that I can't book until 9am on Thursday morning...?!? What are my chances...?!?!?!
