A big old NO for Rooney from me. Best thing that could happen for England would be for Rooney to do in his metatarsal in the last game of the season.

Doesn't deserve to be there on club form or current level of ability. If he goes Roy WILL start him in every game, which means he'll be keeping either Vardy/Kane (if played up front) or Dele Ali (if played behind a striker) out of the team. At that point, Roy will deserve everything he gets when a hobbled England team stumble out at the group stage.
