I wouldn't say I was being vitriolic, merely pointing things out.

I will look into the matter more, for my understanding (from your link) is that the fraud is based on accommodation costs, which are to be taken from constituency election funds rather than the use of a battlebus.

Not spinning it, just using the information you provided in your link.
As I've said, anyone convicted of electoral fraud, whatever their political allegencies, should feel the full force of the law.
