My god them some clueless idiots on here!! Benteke not good enough ? Being ripped of at 12 million ? 49 goals for villa in 100 games !!! They done well without him didn't they ?? Honestly clueless

Transfertalk has always got some odd people who learn from FIFA or from MOTD alone. Benteke is CLEARLY a massive upgrade on what we have. Yes, the money seems a lot, but why do we - as fans - care about that? We're not in it for the business as fans and I am very certain that Parish and co know that they can afford it. I think this one's going to happen. We'll probably get him for like £28million. Annoyingly, the Batshuayi bid being made pubic means that Liverpool know that we can afford £30mill. What an amazing window so far! But... where the hell is this money coming from? Are the Yanks putting money in?

Honestly clueless Beggars belief doesn't it , quite clearly these Mongs weren't around to witness , adebola , akinbiyi , John , Andrews etc , even last season benteke averaged a goal every 169 mins , only 5 players can better that , aguero , Kane , vardy , giroud and Carroll.
