So let's get this straight Daily Star.
They've offered less money than we did (and Liverpool rejected it because it wasn't enough), and a player in his prime is going to leave a country he's been living in for the last 3+ years to play in a poor league in a country with serious security concerns. Why do people even read this utter 🐂💩?

Not SP's fault at all. Liverpool stuck a valuation on Benteke thinking that every team in Europe would sniff around - not a team in the premier league. We've met that valuation, and Liverpool have stalled and fcuked about waiting for a foreign team to come in, as they know we always perform against them and they don't want him potentially costing them points in the future. Ask anyone, even their own fans, Liverpool are an absolutely horrendous club to do business with.
