"Sky sources say that LCFC will not sell Ulloa to an EPL rival". They reported that Sunderland have bid £5m+ which was turned down for that reason. Sunderland have put in an improved offer according to Sky Sports News: Sunderland have made an improved £7.5m bid plus add-ons for Leicester striker Leonardo Ulloa, according to Sky sources.
