two votes in two years and she hasn't liked the outcome of either.

the people have been asked and have responded, time for the politicians to listen to the people for once.

as for her, In the UK & out of the EU, deal with it!!

She's right though, Scotland voted to remain in the UK but then a few years on, the UK voted to leave the EU, whilst Scottish voters overwhelmingly voted to stay in the EU.

That's a politician who is actually representing her people. Its a massive change to the UK, and one that Scotland doesn't seem to be at all keen on. I think its pretty reasonable to consider that there is a reasonable conflict there.

She's right, the UK should have had a referendum on EU membership before one on Scottish Independence.

She's a jumped old bag, with nothing but racist old rhetoric "best for Scotland this, and best for the Scottish people That".

Personally I say fukc em, let em leave, let them join Europe now we've left. They can then adopt the Euro as their currency, I can really see Merkel getting a wide on at the prospect of taking on another basket case, with a national debt of over 15 Billion and it's deficit being twice that of the UK as whole.

She is 10lb of bullsh1t in an 8lb bag. A real life, breathing talking testimony to the adage, "some people think they are champagne in a diamond encrusted crystal glass, when actually the are luke warm piss in a plastic cup.

She is fast approaching Diane Abbott levels of talking sh1t and believing it.

I totally agree with you about letting Scotland leave the UK, danny: especially after the EU result and the way Scotland voted.
I can`t help feeling though, that as SNP leader and First Minister for Scotland, she would be failing her electorate if she wanted anything other than that which was best for Scotland.

So every time there's a vote the Scottish don't like it's grounds for another referendum? Madness

You say 'a few years on' but, in fact, it's not even two.

Well except for being the democratically elected leader of the Scottish Parliament, where as Farage didn't win a seat at the general election.

I think its generally unavoidable to appear anti-English when your party's primary line is independence from the Union, represented by a parliament that is overwhelmingly English. Provided you don't cross the line between 'attacking English Policy' and attacking the English people.

Where as Farage is definitely happy to point the finger at migrants, as opposed to the government.

They're all popularity bollock talkers, who'd legalise paedophilia, if they thought it would get them more votes than they lost. That's how Nationalist politicians work, they offer empty vague promises that talk to your insecurities and offer you someone other than yourself to blame.

She didn't win a seat at the general election either and she is the leader of her party, not the elected leader of the Scottish parliament.

Let Scotland go anyway. Irrelevant to the rest of the world.

They'll thrive and reverse austerity with the low oil price. Let 'em go and wish them good luck.

Scotland leaving the UK is irrelevant now, anyway.
They all died laughing after England v Iceland.

MEP's in Brussells don't want to talk about EU membership with anyone but the UK. Not Scotland, Northern Ireland, nobody. Sturgoen is having to head back to Scotland, tail between her legs and a parting plea that Scotland and the EU are still good friends.

You should've seen her little upset face behind the same lecturn another EU leader had said they didn't want to speak to her minutes before.

Aaah. Too insignificant to speak to. Run along now.
