I haven't the time to provide links etc., but off the top of my head, some of the more ill-advised points of the leave campaign included the whole Turkey fiction, the Farage poster, the Farage interview on increasing the risk of sexual assault on UK women - I'm sure there are plenty of others.

You must have seen the countless examples of racist abuse and attacks since the result? Intentionally or not, there is no doubt that this campaign has legitimatized racism in some people's minds, and the leaver's refusal to admit/accept this is very concerning.
