It rather depends on what you mean by 'cheap' as that deal reportedly ended up costing City over £40m which they will be looking to recover as much as they can of. Plus I can't imagine he's earning peanuts. I have seen no evidence, so far, of us being capable of bringing any player back to their supposed potential. If they're not very good at a club like City then they're probably not going to be any better here.
