We've made two fantastic signings so far. I'd like to continue with that now. Rather not gamble on players who might come good again. Hopefully Adebayor was the last time we do that.

There is no evidence whatsoever that we have any prowess in getting any player back to their 'brilliant best'. If they were s*** before they joined us, they remain s*** until the day they leave. Plus we don't exactly have an outstanding record with integrating South Americans into the fold.

I'm sure that BD can answer for himself but Delaney's career was resurrected by previous management. Current management is responsible for getting Lee, Mutch, McCarthy and Sako "back to their 'brilliant best'

Why not ? The guy came over got fit played once against villa and left. He's what 26 ? And free and was a full international. Yes it would seem he's made from glass but, he's proven quality and him and benteke or bony battling for the striker spot with wickham why not? Not to mention the factor of speed pato has. It's good to have a variety and plan b I think rather than cross to a big striker. I have to say I think we will only buy one striker as bolasie may play up front more.
