With Bathshuayi having just signed for Chelsea, why not go back in for Remy!? Benteke (or his agent) seem to be messing us about with his terms. Remy has played for Pards before and would cost half as much. Only worry would be his injury record (which doesn't seem as bad as Wickham's!). Would rather Benteke! but Remy if that deal doesn't come off?

I think we need an older striker personally and especially someone with pace as we have lost gayle. But it's a no for me good player been a bit unlucky with injuries. But I'm sure I saw some where he was on something like 100k a week. That's money better used else where.

Neither have terrible stats from your post.. I just Like Remy More. Whenever I have seen him come on, he has been great. Works hard, quick and capable. Wasted at Chelski. For me Benteke has blown hot and cold at times. Don't get me wrong. I would be delighted to get Benteke or Remy, both would be.. Well let's not get carried away.. I just prefer Remy.. But your stats could change my mind...
