What you just wrote made me think though. The guy in the other one wasn't driving. If they were pulled over for a broken rear light they'd approach the driver.

Not on the BBC one I saw earlier you don't, it was edited and blurred out. They've now put the full version on but it's still blurred.

In both videos you cannot see what happened. The first man man appears to be restrained but they realise he has a gun and shoot him. Looks unnecessary to me but I expect they will claim that they followed procedure.

If he was about to be aggressive it would be a lot easier and logical if he had unrestrained himself. Looks like a possible murder to me.
