Wow.

There is a limit to everything...free speech for example. You create an extreme and ridiculous example and then say that proves your point. It doesn't.

If you don't think Trump has been verbally very extreme you have not been watching.

The BBC has done nothing wrong. Trump is making his own headlines. They really don't have to be impartial on the nature of politics in other countries and I really don't understand why you think they should.

The BBC is biased, which would be fine if we didn't have to pay a TV licence fee to them.

A load of biased news, Miranda, Mrs Browns Boys and a safe haven for paedophiles at a mere twelve quid a month.

And yes, I also agree with others that some of Trump's views aren't particularly palatable but as was said on the second post, let him say these things that a lot of people find offensive and they'll do him more harm than good.

OP is spot on. Their coverage has been similar with the reaction to Brexit as well. The Beeb is steadily throwing more of its toys out of the pram as the people disagree with it.

I'd vote for the Libertarian Party candidate in this US Election, two genuinely awful and terrifying candidates being put up by the Republicans and Democrats. The West is severely lacking in leadership.

Trump and Clinton are BOTH awful for the US. But not if you read the BBC...

Yeah they are. The BBC orders more copies of The Guardian than any other paper...

Look at their hysterical reaction to Brexit also.

Corbyn is just a joke... Nobody but the Morning Star think he is credible.

She does, but its not all she has. Trump seems very focused on popularism (Make America great - with no statements really about how), and riding an anti-Muslim and anti-Mexican rhetoric.

It also seems to have a lot of focus on just how rich and successful Trump is, rather than any real policy politics.

This is a man who defends torture, even though the CIA says it doesn't work, and killing relatives of terrorists.

I think its hard to argue against that, but I wouldn't agree that both are equally bad for the US.

I don't think it is, everyone is biased obviously, and no one is capable of being objective. But you'd have to be pretty stupid not to be biased against Donald Trump and his campaign for the nomination of Republican Candidate, because its closer to satire than reality. The man is an absurd option. No policy, no politics, no experience and a collection of vague ideas stylised to appear to have meaning and content.

I think its would be almost impossible not to be biased against him, without surrendering any sense of objectivity.

Show me where Corbyn has been treated to anything like the language that Trump has.

To compare the bias against Corbyn to Trump isn't even on the same page.

So I don't like the idea that if I say that the language and bias used against Trump is over the top that this makes me a representative of the 'hard right.'

I'm talking overt bias against Trump......An attitude that could affect national relations if he becomes president.

Irritating irresponsible behaviour is expected from elements of the left but when it's being state funded it becomes a different matter.

I see nothing wrong with that statement at all. All that is wrong is your interpretation of it.

I always find this BBC paranoia hilarious.

Both the right and the left think that it's biased against them. Complete neutrality is tough. The BBC do a good job.
