Who knows how good this guy really is or how easily he would adjust but I'd be seriously excited if he did come - A Brazilian international - serious pedigree. Someone that looks like they create, score, has great pace and skill. Our central midfield is 'solid' but very workman like. A player like this playing in front of Cabaye - or 4 5 1 and Mac and Cabaye behind with Bentecke up front, that could be seriously exciting.

Completely agree, starts to look like fantasy football stuff with possible our possible line up. Think we can expect two of the following to join us possibly all four if Wilf does unfortunately leave. Lucas Lima On top of the other signings, it's pretty much a new team. Bonkers!!

This was the transfer that was 'close' on Friday but unfortunately it's gone backwards. Too many agents involved. Not dead by any means but certainly not imminent.
