He can controll the midfield on his day, 3 of them for us and that's 9 points, it's a risk well worth taking. I'm just glad the window closes tomorrow, can't be doing with another 300+ page thread.

If Wilshere (big IF)stays healthy and plays well he will get recalled by Arsenal. But if he doesn't play well we get to keep this turd burglar much like Marouane Chamakh who could never stay healthy. Not stating Chamakh never contributed, but he was NEVER HEALTHY.

I agree on all fronts, but as you say, Arsenal will only take him back if he is laying well...and him playing well will benefit us.
If he is pants then we don't have to worry because he can just go back at the end of the deal and we aren't stuck with a player on a long contract.

This will be an amzing signing should it go ahead. I can't believe people are moaning abot this, last year this potential signing and that of Benteke and Remy would have been fantasy.

As AP seaid in his post match interview, the club and team are in transition and we are now seeing that in reality. Fantastic and a sure move to the next level.

Wheres the risk in a loan deal? Or would you rather us stick with Mutch. Wilshere a great player and would put competition for cabaye, which would lead him to improve.

NO! Continue with the plan of signing Lucas Lima & Tomas Rincon. That's a plan for the future. That's a plan I believe in.

Arsenal will not be able to simply recall Wilshere should he be playing well. Palace will have to pay for his services and as such he will be with us for the season. That will be a financial risk that the club will have assessed and if they are truly interested in him then they obviously see it as a sound investment.

Latest news is that Ambud has been accepted for Rincon, but apparently there have been a few snags with Lima, so might not happen

I'd agree if we can sign Luca Lima & Tomas Rincon we should. If not then a loan for Wiltshire would be great.

If we get him on a loan deal will Arsenal throw in a wheelchair and a pair of crutches?
