Seeing as they're not even scheduled to meet until February or March, I doubt that.

Don't know about th timing of their meeting but I am reliably informed that it is under consideration so one assumes it is likely to be on the agenda.

Until football changes its rules, tv replays refs etc this will just get worse and worse.
The whole game is getting such a fine line between success and failure.
If Bravo foul on Rooney had been a penalty the whole season could have been influenced.
Every game now is relying on officials decisions that in most cases are beyond the human eye now. Look at us at borough
Modern technology in football is so long overdue.
We've got that t*sser Blatter at FIFA to blame for this.
Instead of shaping the future of the game, he was just hell bent on corruption.
Ultimately the cream will still rise to the top. But expect a stress fuelled season on constant decision issues.
In the meantime FIFA get on with sorting this mess out.

Well unless that reliable informant is on the IFAB board, it's nonsense.

They aren't considering outlawing the bicycle kick.

Current issues being looked at are sin bins, video replays and the number of players.

Optimistic as ever

No we don't. Plenty of others, but not that.

Video replays are being experimented with already and will potentially be introduced, as decided by IFAB who set the rules. FIFA only get 50% of the vote on this and it requires 75% or more of the vote to change/trial a law.

Good idea.
Too many get sent-off for 2 soft/stupid yellows. A sin-bin would make the refs options far easier when dishing out a second yellow imo.

I understand they are so we differ on this one !

I can understand the thinking but a 'Bicycle kick' leading to a goal is a terrific skill and is great viewing.
