Whenever I'm in a waiting room there's always a womens magazine and they always have a before and after photo of some tubster turned waif.
The body does usually look better but the face seems to go all weird.
Where it was previously stretched into a smiley, cheeky chubby attractive look it seems to transform into some hard nosed cow look.
