Sam Adaprice seems sorry for only one thing listening to his apology. Getting caught. The arrogance of the man is incredible.

Totally agree. It seems if ethics, honesty are disappearing nowadays and that wrong is now right.
Fat Sam almost wishes us to believe that he was somehow the victim in this mess and was only trying to help a long term friend.
Many believe he will be back with a struggling Premiership Club before Xmas.

I was REALLY QUITE surprised when heas appointed - given that circulated surrounding some of Sam's past transfer dealings.
The FA have only themselves to blame. Must do better!

Did anyone hear Steve McClaren's comment? He said that Sam was unlucky and it could have happened to any of them. So he's saying that they're all crooked? Absolute plonker that man and just goes to show that there is a feeling within the game that he did nothing wrong, ethically or otherwise. Just goes to show how much a part of the game skimming/bungs/anything for a few quid is.

Now he's been interviewed on TV about losing his job and he blames it on "Entrapment".

You arrogant tw*t Lardarse.

You only have your total greed and stupidity to blame for losing your £3M pa plum job as manager of the England football team.... and all for a moody £400K.... about 6 weeks of your salary.

A few things to address here :-

FA got a lucky break here, and had perfect opportunity to sack a manager they should have never hired in the first place.

He wasn't a primary choice, so once again the FA appoint someone who wants the job, regardless of their credentials. You would think the McLaren debacle would have put an end to that.

If your primary choices aren't available then put in an interim manager. Chelsea did it with Benitez and he won the Europa League with them.

No English managers are good enough for the position.

Allardyce had a salary with bonuses. What bonuses ? winning a tournament ? Well he was never going to get them then.

I would like to Wenger (not that I think he would take the job anyway). We may not win anything (but then again we don't win anything anyway) but the football would be worth watching for once.

Why do they do it? The 'stings' are so amateurish yet politicians celebs football managers and more succumb to the not very well concealed camera and sing like canaries.

The FA are aware of this problem and have failed to stop agents driving a hole thru their efforts but its up to Dyke to fix this what would it have to do with the Team Manager?

Qualifying presumably. Probably a staggered one for the tournaments too depending on how far they got.

Optimistic as ever

What would it have to do with him? Seeing as he left the FA in the summer.
