And here's me thinking this was a serious thread.
It really is ridiculous to call referess at PL or EFL level the "Worst" in football.

He displayed competence and disinterest in the games he reffed in the Euros. Also, he wasn't photographed dry-humping one of those team's legends before the games.

Juss sayin'...

The world and his wife condemned Clattenburg for his failure to play the advantage in the Cup Final, to say nothing of his chummy fraternising with SAF before the game. He f*cked up in the Manchester derby a couple of weeks ago. Also Spurs v Citeh in February. He has alienated several managers with his so-called 'decisions' having ruined games. Supporters, on the whole, loathe him. He is a narcissistic self-publicist.

Ask yourself, Why do other refs like Marriner or Dean not regularly attract such vitriol or, indeed, the criticism of the press to the same degree? What is it with Clattenburg that draws so much attention?

To say the FA seem to rate him is hardly a ringing endorsement, either, coming from pusillanimous, corrupt f*ckwits who've kow-towed to Blatter, Platini and the like and who spectacularly and continually f*ck up the England national team set up. You say that Collina rates him - I've read nothing to that effect. Clattenburg isn't even fit to look at Collina's boots, let alone lick them.

You know Clattenberg is a touchy subject with Palce supporters yet you go out of your way to trumpet his alleged 'quality' as a referee. For a clearly intelligent man, you really disappoint me.

Firstly, thank you for the compliment about me being "Intelligent" but alas I admit to being cerebrally challenged.

Regards the rest, all I am doing is expressing my opinion. Am I NOT allowed to do this even if many disagree ? All I see is a constant Clattenburg barrage and vitriol which I fervently disagree with hence my retorts.

Interestingly enough I was in a pub the other day and got speaking to a couple of elderly Palace supporters who totally agreed with me about Clattenburg and they both thought he was a quality referee.So NOT a "Touchy subject" universally !

Anyway, must go out now !

Why don,t you comment on the point Cucking made about the advantage in the cup final....all of footbal and any one else could see that was totally f*** up..not once but TWICE.
And he even waited for Wickham to get up then blow his w***ing whistle.
