So what has he a actually done wrong? Edited by Y Ddraig Goch (29 Sep 2016 7.47pm) I suspect obtaining monies through deception or fraudulent means. Possibly extortion, and a host of tax evasion offence (or even money laundering). Its surprising how many laws there are to protect people with money.
