Hi John,

I purchased tickets from Gary for the Man City game and forked out £82! Having previously bought through him before for the stoke game.
The tickets did not arrive and when I queried this days before kick off he claimed to have made an error despite me confirming that I had said the payment which he acknowledged.
It took me almost 3 weeks to receive a refund only after I threatened to contact the club! Not what I would expect from a fellow eagle,the guy is shady!!
I have his mobile number if that helps?

Hi Mysteryman - funnily enough it was the Man City game I bought tickets for too but I still haven't got a refund! I've spoken to the mods and will see what happens with that, if that gets me nowhere I will take his number.
