Just down the road from Norwood Junction. Gets busy but has upstairs and downstairs bar, outside area and loads of bar staff. Its very cheap too in comparison too pub prices. 5 minute walk from the ground.

Was there trouble at the victory club before the Liverpool match? I saw several police cars outside and people being interviewed in the garden.

So, was at the Nou Camp last Saturday. 6ft 1 but could stretch my legs in my seat. £3.50 for a cold pint. Wait of about 30 seconds to be served. All staff encountered polite, bright and competent and customer focussed.

83,000.

Love Palace but some of the things they try to and do get away with are a disgrace now that they are a wealthy club. P1sstakers.

I was there earlier this year and was amazed that there were drink sellers walking round, carrying those crates that milkmen used to use full of beer, soft drinks and crisps - so I didn't even have to leave my seat!

Yes both clubs very cheap. Group of 6-8 of us and they all fall over themselves to buy a round in their so they dont get collered with the rounds in the ground which are twice the price.

Ahh but Camp Nou beer is alcohol free on matchdays

Edit: Unless they've changed the rules this season.

I used to go to the pub on the main road (turn right out of Selhurst on the main road). Love it - short waiting times and good people. Haven't been for a while due to various reasons.

I'm at the back of the Stephenson. For a few seasons i purposely sat in different parts of the ground. I like the Stephenson, generally in and out quickly, the service has got a little quicker (but I cant give anything more than that).
I quite liked the back row of the Whitehorse which was my other option when I bought the ST this year.

The Stephenson is definitely older around me, but there are definitely younger people joining us.

Is there a dress code for the Stephenson (no jeans or trainers and all that) ?

Someone earlier in this thread referred to "Old Gits" and "tartan blankets" probably inferring that only those of a certain age avail of coverings they bring along to keep warm in football stadium.

At a non-league game last Saturday there was a lady perhaps in her 40s with a young girl probably in her 20s and they brought along what appeared to look like a duvet and also a hot water bottle.

Over the years I have seen people with blankets and flasks in the Main Stand at 'Selhurst Park' and they certainly weren't all well advanced in years.
