I'm really tired of this thread. I have no strong feeling about AP but my local club has run about 10 managers through in 9 years and we are only now getting some stability and keeping the same manager for more than one year.
I'm ok with a change if it's an upgrade but for the love of God change for change's sake is not the way to go. Listening to the Holradio podcast... they are dead on, who do you replace AP with. Is there really any reasonable alternative. Hate to say it but I don't think there is right now. It sucks, but that's where we are right now.
Hang on and let's hope we survive the crash... only thing we can do now.

I do not think we have any choice at the moment but to hang on in there with Man City, Swansea, Soton, Hull, Chelsea and Watford next up we need at least 10 points from the 18 available to make up for losses to date and then the transfer window is on us and we definitely need to strengthen up as early as possible in the window so that we maximum benefit for the rest of this tough season ahead!

Looking at those forthcoming fixtures, think we would do well to achieve 7 points.

I was hoping we would win against Swansea, Hull and Watford as I feel these are teams we should be beating if we are to stay in the PL and then hopefully squeeze a draw with Soton. 7points though would just keep our average in line for 43 points at the end of the season which is what we should aim for to be safe at this stage!
