Can't believe nobody's mentioned Kim Jong Un yet. Fantastic disciplinarian, works well on a tight budget and years of mentoring before he took the top job. Inspires his people. Always the safe candidates mentioned. Typical Palace. Plus...he'd get the HF properly organized and he'd lose none of the nuclear potential / irregularities of, say, a Trump. FFS We wouldn't stand a chance of getting Trump anyway, so the OP is daft.
