September, October, November and December are the best months of the year.

Autumn is amazing, visually, and I much prefer being cold than being warm.

Summer is too clammy, the thought of my colleague's damp crevice is just too much.

January and February on the other hand...

If you allow yourself to be depressed you will be.

I didn't realise it was that simple. f*** me, how much money has been wasted on helping those with mental health issues.

I hate Christmas so my depression is always paramount at this time.

Does anyone else feel this way once the clocks go back?

I am generally ok , I enjoy all the shops lit up for Christmas and the business of staying at home with some warming food and candles and the heating on. But the older I get I find it hard to deal with the darker nights and the lack of daylight. It feels like a heavy feeling of sadness. Someone tell me I am not the only one!

SAD disease - it's a real thing. I get it too!
September is bearable, october it's kinda cold and leaves are falling and halloween is on the way and it's a nice change.
Bonfire night is good fun then that's it.... it's cold and dark for 5 weeks. Boring.
