This is how they do it at Southampton where they hold great store in "Succession planning".

Didn't he oversee a Clowntown relegation before joining Saints. Clearly learned a valuable lesson.

Sorry i haven't read all this thread or other threads, so if this is mentioned already don't shoot me. Their is only one ingredient missing which would turn everything around. A Leader on the pitch. Scotty is a great defender but not a leader . When you need to look to the touch line to ask where you should be on a corner rather than captain organising, means you are always in trouble. What team is successful without a strong captain ? If we had JT we would be top 8. Just a thought Nigeeeeeeeeeeel, bloody legend!
