1. We need a fitter, tougher, smarter manager,
2. a big, highly-skilled, intelligent, big-hearted, Napoleanic midfielder (like Jedinak),
3. a high-quality LB,
4. a forward to replace Wickham and
5. a tougher, fitter team and squad.

I'm almost hoping we lose to Southampton because we need to thank Pardew for his input and let him go. AP certainly didn't display any loyalty towards Jedinak, who was the heart of our squad, and then didn't even replace him.

Certainly come back to bite him on the arse. A show of real c*ntishness his treatment of both Jedi and Jules. Both moves have cost us countless points last season and now this.

My theory is that he isn't training the players as well as he should be. Aside from our defence looking the most disorganised it has for a couple of seasons, especially at set pieces, we have conceded 6 goals in the final ten minutes of matches. That is nearly a quarter of our entire goals conceded and the second highest in the league, one behind Hull. Lack of defensive structure and lack of fitness, both indicators of training leaving something to be desired in my opinion.

While fitness does seem to be an issue, we are conceding the first goal too often. That isn't down to fitness, it's lack of concentration or organisation.

City after 39 mins, Burnley after 2 mins, Liverpool after 16, Leicester after 42, West Ham after 19 mins. Unless the players are so tired after 90 seconds then there is something wider going on.
