Tomkins RB with Delaney coming in and Ward LB looks a no brainer. Kelly has generally been good for us until this season but his confidence is shot and Pardew has already persevered for too long. Ward has a much better left foot. Also Tomkins lacks Delaney's presence in the centre.

Delaney has to come in. Tomkins hasn't impressed me in the slightest. Poor at set pieces and looks like he doesnt really give a f***. We need a leader, and someone to steady the ship. Pardew's ego wont let Delaney come in. Having another potential three points as good as pissed up a wall by Pardew's incompetence and egotism is beyond infuriating.

For me it's Delaney in for Tomkins, Ledley in position in front of back four, McA, Punch, Wilf & Townsend with Benteke up front. McA & Punch to kill opposition at all costs.
