Get him in and then try for Robertson at Hull (on the bench today and out of contract in the summer). That will give us balance on the left and options. Both have bags of energy, plus Big Sam will improve both defensively and they are young enough to develop that part of their game.

There is no chance Hull will sell Robertson, they are trying to stay up in EPL too. He has extended has contract to 2018 so is not on a free Hull will wait until end of season unless they get an offer they can't refuse (and we will not make that)
