If Pep was in charge at Palace or and equivalent size club and he won the league or a cup (a bit like Raneiri did at Leicester) then I would rave about it. But basically he has taken over clubs with seriously good teams, and then spent more money, never hung round long enough to have to rebuild the team. Klopp hoever I think is a fantastic manager.

Hows Ancelotti getting on at Bayern this season. Not always as straightforward as it seems.
