..they have been very good, but for the last six to seven games not so, we must take advantage because we are looking more organised the more games we play.

Thanks Steve...

I was responding to kennybrowns leftfoot who said they are going far better than us, but I wouldn't say they are, their performances recently are not good, performances and results are two completely different types of fish.

I'll take the results please...

Well today they got turned over at the Stadium of Sh!te so they must be at least vulnerable.

Different proposition at home. I think we could get something but don't think it's going to be ad easy as some people seem to think..

I watched the match live, and Chelsea had to work for it. Given the regular niggly fouling, that was nothing like a training match. Improved performance, but still not enough for me to want AP to stay. I suspect SP sees it different.

This, I thought thd first half was really good considering who we were playing against.

Dann to blame for the goal. If he'd have attacked the cross instead of watching Costa they wouldn't have scored. Didn't even get off the ground..

Perfect ball in a world class striker who's position timing were on and a perfecperfect header. No ones fault aat goal was class and goes in week on week, irrespective of whether its the best or worst team in the league defending it.

Yep, it was a cracking goal.

Besides, if you're going to blame players, WH is about fourth on the list. No pressure on the cross, Dann and Kelly lost Costa, WH beaten by a brilliant looping header.

One thing I thought was odd on Saturday was people around me moaning how negative we were at 1-0 down?

Pardew has constantly been criticised for being too gung-ho and yet in a game he elected to keep it tight he is now too negative. Yeah, we were 1-0 down, but at 1-0, we're still in the game. We put ourselves in a position where, with a better ball into the box from a set piece, or a better attempt from Andros, we could easily have stolen a point late on instead of being 3-0 down with ten to play?

Yeah he did well gambling that Man U point away before a game people thought we had more chance of points from, only to offer nothing when 0-1 down. Then rely on a chance that might come in the dying minutes v Chelsea. Pardew and his followers to his flute tunes are getting more and more desperate and bizarre.

Chelsea didn't need to get out of 1st gear.

Watch the extended BTsport highlights v Man Utd and you'll see it was like a training match.

This improvement this week is a myth although it might have given us the opportunity to hone our defensive performance because we sure cannot any other way.

..they like to only show the bits where the ball is going towards the goal, not when it is being prevented from being so and considering it's against probably the most worldly liked and richest club in it it just happened to show more of them fooling the ref because it's ferking Man Ferking United! did you see their first goal against West Brom? Ibrahimovic professionally impeded the west brom player running alongside him and so provided himself a free header when the ball came across the box! the motd gang just actually laughed it off..saying 'what a devil he was'.
You must understand that these teams have slightly better technical minded players than the majority of the football world? but because you want to constantly have a go at Mr Pardew you conveniently see what you want to see.

Jesus have you moved residence up his anu5 permanently. The highlights on BTsport are extended. Very little is cut out. I lost count the number of opportunities they had, same as Burnley, hull, Swansea, any other team that comes our way. The only time the score is low is when its defence v attack and when it's not its school holidays rules and no discipline or professionalism.
