Nearly all of Parish's managers have done and delivered what was required and, unless they leave, they are made to leave when their effect on performances starts wearing off to the point of irreversible. It was discussed in football circles a year or so ago that squads these days have a problem respecting and following a manager's lead once it gets to medium term anyway. If this was the summer you may be onto something but we are on the verge of tumbling into the bottom 3 and lower and it had to be stopped, with minimal chance of it continuing in a different guise.
