No agenda I hope he does well but at the same time we owe him no loyalty. We pay him well to do a job, he does whats needed. As soon as a more attractive option becomes available we replace him.

He took bungs it strongly appears but he hasn't killed someone so no big deal.

When everyone was moaning before Pulis saved us from certain relegation I couldn't understand why anyone thought we could get better. And I thought the same thing when BFS was touted as England manager. Why not? He's about England's level - especially if he can get us playing in a pragmatic fashion that gets results. But then he really disappointed me with that Rooney nonsense and then he gets caught on camera saying things a wise man in his position wouldn't I'd rather a progressive, younger manager who would bet us playing like Bournemouth or Southampton, to be honest. But we are mid-season and I'm not certain this is moment to find one or take a gamble.

Ok stretching it a bit but we have an ex-international manager. Bit of a step up from the Warnocks and Holloways and Burleys. Is that a first for Palace, i wonder? Think it might be.
