I know it is all in the past but pretty outrageous if you ask me. Not so much reacting to the sacked chant but saying he never meant to take us up just confirmed what I thought at the time that he was never ready for it. Makes us look a bit silly though!

He was begin sarcastic - implying that he masterminded their defeat/demise and that he should be respected for that. Personally i wouldn't have said anything

Personally i wouldn't have said anything ..yes, he was being sarcastic and it does show how he crumbles under pressure, not thick skinned enough which is a shame because he is a very funny and entertaining man, Klopp is like him a little, but Klopp can control his emotions very well.
