Townsend has been going mental at him for never passing it forward. I agree , there's been a few times where we could break away with a quick pass to Townsend but he just f***s around with the ball taking pointless touches. So frustrating.

absolutely piss poor. seen better sunday leaugue. it really is that bad. arsenal havent even been good. we cant pass, no desire, no tempo, no closing down. its more like a training session, albeit a bad one. i dont expect us to beat arsenal, but i expect a performance.

AP screwed the whole fitness stuff up so many times you could see the players fitness was not great under him but he time and time again kept trying to force things on the players even when the clubs doctor stated no.

Look we are playing one of the best footballing teams in the country on their own ground, I've seen them pass much better teams than us to death. However they do tend to want to walk the ball into the net which is their one big weakness. It gives us a chance, slim but who knows. Edited by PZ Eagle (01 Jan 2017 4.53pm)
