Hasn't started too good. First game Wilfred arguing with his own team mates and took a lot of restraining. Third game Cabaye arguing with the home fans twice. A lot of man management ahead maybe that is what he meant by the task is harder than he thought.

What hypocrisy! Give Pardew everything and all the time but not Allardyce! Allardyce is class. He talks straight. Never heard Pardew once mention how we "hoof the ball up to Benteke like one-trick ponies" as Sam did in a recent interview. Pardew was a weak leader that developed over-sensitive pansies. I prefer Sam's style: call it as it is. If their playing sh1t, then say it's "sh1t", instead of trying to protect fragile feelings. This way, when Sam says "you were brilliant" they know it's the TRUTH.
