I disagree - the improved performance in the 2nd half was because Campbell was prepared to run his socks off making space and chasing down. But I think that was because the team had to vary the lump-it style. If we had played that way when Benteke was on the field in the first half we would have been much better off. Our position is very serious and although 8 goals from 18 games sounds good were they good or vital enough for him to be worth Ł30 or 40 million? not to me when I consider the 2 pathetic pen misses which cost us dearly! I was calling for Campbell to come on last night but I wanted it to be with Benteke (unfortunately he was injured).
