Sad news.
For some reason (probably the ''ha ha ha''), 'Where do you go' became a fave with our daughter when she was a toddler, so hearing the song always brings a smile.

RIP

I only recognise one "hit" when looking at his Wiki list of songs.

Got to number 1, but I found it to be a bit tedious and long.

Still... it earned him a living and place in musical history.

RIP Peter.

Went to school in Croydon early 60's with Clive his younger brother who was also a bit of a musician.Met Peter several times in a coffee bar called "Under the Olive Tree" in South Croydon, came across as a genuine bloke.
Didn't find his No 1 boring at all told an interesting tale.

R.I.P.Peter.

P.S.The coffee bar I mentioned is where the young ladies from Coloma College and a "posh" girls school in Purley used to relax after school.....great place.

No... that's why I said I only recognised 1 hit.

I was 15 in 1969 and the only Frozen Orange Juice I knew was a "Jubbly"... that pyramid shaped ice drink/block that we threw around the playground at school maiming each other... LOL
