Not wanting a player to be called up for his country or perhaps further his career when he has an opportunity, says a lot more about those who think that than it does about Zaha.

And it's hardly Zaha's fault that, in three seasons, we've failed to strengthen the squad to the extent that we supposedly can't manage without one player for a few weeks. [/

Pretty much spot on.

The same Zaha who has 2 caps for England. Take a day off

i want ivory coast to win the thing and for zaha to get player of the tournament...so the world truly knows what an amazing player he is...then if he does leave sometime soon it doubles his potential fee.

cant wait too watch him play at 4pm today.

And put another pile of cash in the bank whilst weakening the team at the same time, Hasn't worked out so far has it. Lets say the club get £50m for Wilf, how is that going to improve you watching Palace with him turning out for Spurs. Also the possability that we sell him for less because we are in the Championship and cannot afford the wages.

i dont want us to sell zaha ever, for any amount of money.

but its fairly plain to see hes better than being played out of position by the new manager...hes our best player by a mile, and however much love & respect he has for palace i couldnt blame him if he wanted to leave at some point in time.

I think Wilf is a true Palace man but he will have to look out for his own career too so I anxiously hope he can stay on but know he won't for too much longer.
I hope Wilf continues to do great things for the Ivory Coast and returns to us with high confidence and resilience to help us in the long battle we have ahead, if they do well he will bring positive stuff back for our shredded team. Main worry is injury.

Quite funny really, a bunch of people who would be lucky to make their pub darts team complaining about someone getting selected to represent an entire country at football.

If the opposing teams believe what they read about wilf and only put one man marker he will waltz through them to the penalty area. Looking forward to this. As much as i want Wilf back, its a team game and we should not be reliant on one player, so all the best to him and i hope he comes back with a winners medal

I'm looking forward to it, hope he does well, really fun tournament, the games last night were excellent, nice seeing some decent football for once tbh, been missing it a bit in recent times.

Come on Wilf! Allez Cotes Ivoire and all that!

Can't watch any more it's about exciting as watching paint dry. Wilf had one nice run and cross though.
