Looks to me that we are only looking to spend £10million on players. All reports for bids show that we have offered that sum whoever the player has been. Maybe we will need to start upping our offers if we are to get reinforcements in ?

I recon it might be becuase we have around the £20m mark to spend but would like to get at least two players in.

Maybe we are trying to avoid going in administration if we are relegated? Perhaps, yes. We have learned from what happened to QPR 5 seasons back, I think. They bought expensively to stay up but still went down and had difficulty offloading those players on high wages.
