Just look at all the invective, caustic comments and the personal insults that have been hurled at me. I have been risibly been labelled a "Troll", "Attention seeker", NOT being a Palace supporter and even being accused of being a "Seaweed" amongst other "Choice" things.NOTHING could be further from the truth. My goodness, I have attracted bile like a rotten peach attracts wasps yet I am proud to say I have "Fought my corner" without resorting to personal slurs and stooping to the level of some of my protagonists. I accept that there will be polarised opinions on here and that debate can get fiesty but it is a real shame that certain lines are crossed to the extent that personal attacks are order of the day.

But I used certain negatives in relation to comments made by posters NOT as personal insults questioning their intellectual capacity and the like.

I will The personal abuse on here has always been bad but it's definitely getting worse. Far too many people don't know what they are talking about and at the same time abuse anyone else who doesn't hold the same opinions as they do. Often if we have just lost I don't read the threads for a day or two as I know that they are just going to be filled with vitriol against the club, the players, the manager and other HOL posters and I spend a day or two over at the BBS instead.
