The problem being I can't see us getting 37 points so lets hope I am wrong.

Just had a look at the remaining fixtures and I feel we should reach 34 points. I do feel that will probably be enough as two clubs will be under 30 and one just over.

Something that should be drilled in from now though is that we must not loss to Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Watford, Leicester, Burnley or Hull. Got to keep it tight and not for anyone to get away or to jump us. If you were to win them games alone that 18 points and all the games at home. They have the time to pick up points against others like Southampton, Stoke and West Brom.

I do think we will lose this weekend and will put us in relegation but maybe this is what we need to get them to see entirety of the problem. Sitting above constantly can have an affect where we may stay out of it due to the others being so poor but defiantly wrong mentality to have. Being in the bottom 3 is a lot different to being one above. Bit of reality could be exactly what they need.

I'm not confidant but trying to be positive however hard it is as nothing is good news and has not been since August where we though we may have the players to push on.

I think 36 points will be safe.
We have to beat
Sunderland
Middlesborough
Watford
Leicester
burnley
Hull
All those games at home would take us to 34 points and we have to hope to nick a draw wherever we can.
The rest of the fixtures are not beyond us but they are pretty tough.
If we can become more difficult to score against we will be okay but if we continue to ship goals then...............

The fact is, with the squad and talent that we have, it's absurd to find ourselves in this position. 11 players not a team, we are playing with such desperation that we've forgotten how good we can be.

I'd sit them down and make them watch a few of last seasons matches to remind them what they're capable of.

Is that not BS said he was going to do. They need to try something. The belief is not there and seems they all feel sorry for themselves.

I've given this some serious thought and I've come to the conclusion that, if we score more goals than we concede in each of our remaining games, we really have got a sporting chance of beating the drop.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Flopping to Swansea really really hurt us - 6 points thrown away.

We have a strong squad, we can achieve at least 20 points.

This was once a quality forum....

Sam said exactly that after Bolton.

We are Palace FFS! We'll beat Manure on the last day of the season to stay up by a single point or goal difference.

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!
