Help needed with Palace press conferences

I'm old but reasonably tech savvy. I have a MacBook Pro and a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and I have downloaded Palace Apps and actually pay for Player HD (but a fat lot of good that does me). I am completely unable to watch any of the press conferences. I get notifications that they are taking place and I follow all the links but I go round in circles and end up back where I started. Pressing the start arrow for the press conference today brings me to a black screen and the eventual message COULD NOT DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO Error Code: PLAYER_ERR_TIMEOUT I once managed to reach the end of a press conference (one of Pardew's) just as he finished having spent fifteen minutes trying to access it. Any suggestions (within reason!) gratefully accepted.

Any suggestions (within reason!) gratefully accepted. I managed to watch it in jerky vision on Facebook, never had any joy on 'digitalcpfc' when it's live.

Thank you for your input but both these links take me to pages that I have already looked at and there's no sign of today's press conference. How long after they've finished do you leave it before you can watch them? Today I can see the pre and post Bolton ones but nothing relevant to the Everton match. quote=DJ_NG;3113321] I watch them here after they finish

It's usuaully ok but mine was abysmal this afternoon a few people were having problems on the Facebook one by the comments.
When I was a young girl my Mother said to me.. You listen here kid you're CPFC |

I have an iPad so I have to wait until it's posted up later. I think it's crazy with the money flying around that they can't do better.i didn't even try today. I can't understand why they can't get the sound right half the time. They should put a lead in so that you don't miss beginning. If you watch big clubs you can seee the guy asking the question as well. We are a work in progress.
