Pardew signed Tomkins, cabaye, remy and benteke. Personally I think the shift in approach has been way to drastic. Because we was so great for a whole year with Pardew in charge? The bloke ruined us and now the man who's taken over 5 minutes ago and never been relegated is the worst manager on the planet.

untill fat sam starts producing what everybody said he would before pards was sacked. untill then, people will not admit they were wrong and still blame pardew so they save face and dont have to admit the the grass wasnt greener on the other side.

Anyone who couldn't see the improvements in attitude and endeavour today are blind. We became second to every ball with pardew towards the end. Today I saw a marked improvement... players getting stuck in and chasing down Everton .

Does he not have 2 in 5, and in the previous ten Pardew had 4 points: not to mention about 28 points in the previous year. I know you don't like Sam, but AP had lost the plot, spent an absolute fortune and left the squad worse off. We could all see we needed Jedi replaced, a left full back, at least another center half, and a right full back to pressure Ward. I didn't want Sam, but we have him and we are actually looking like a side that knows what it is meant to be doing. One entire year's worth of bad results with a thin squad, that looked unfit, and which had a bunch of injuries, will take time to turn around. It took him a dozen games at Sunderland. I suspect it might be longer here. Which is my real worry.

We need a quick flurry of points and I am hopeful they will come. But there are a few things we could do with: 1 point today. If we had Sam in with Sammy Lee earlier we'd be a lot better off. I'm convinced Sammy Lee in and the old slack training methods are out.

Hope when palace get relegated the fans don't blame either SA or the board its not there fault its the players fault they is something happening behind the scenes which us fans don't know about but it will come out in the summer buT bye than its going to be to late
