Its been like that for years,with uninsured/unlicensed drivers in the West end,well before Uber. Come out of Tramps at 3/4 in the morning, and they are queing up,they bung the doorman a tenner and charge Ł25/30 to go to Belgrave Square,for a 3 min drive....Is it right,of course not but people have to get home and black cabs aint about....I'm never quite sure how they all have nice Mercs/Audis/BMW tho
