Best performance of the season for me. So many positives to take from that. Pity Swansea have won but we've reeled in Boro and Leicester with a couple of winnable fixtures to come. COYP!

Excellent result! Was worried about sitting back so much in the last 20 or so but there was always a man in the middle to clear it. And we stretched them to the point that they were leaving Benteke untroubled in the box to make it 2 - 0. Now, what was that about taking Benteke off?

Very well managed by SA today. Not the prettiest, but a nice enough mixture of passing ranges, and it seemed like we knew where the second ball was going to land every time, which hasn't happened since the Pulis days. Great win!

Good to see players on pitch, bench and management team enjoying the win. Take it through the next month of games and hopefully..... TBH I won't be surprised if we narrowly stay up or go down or pull completely clear.

Excellent result, excellent performance and looking to be a good window. Perhaps it wasn't the Big Sam bounce we expected but it certainly seems to be the Sammy Lee bounce. See him sending Ledley on with a fist lump!!!! Some passion at last. Great result. COYP

Without winning we would have been five points adrift of Swansea, Leicester and Middlesborogh. As it is if we beat Sunderland one of them is bound to end up on the trapdoor at the weekend, Now, what was that about taking Benteke off?
